The finished wine then ages for 4 months in 300-liter Acacia barrels (70%)

the nose expresses a broad and fruity aroma with slight hints of wood due to the stop in barrique

white flowers and honey are joined by minerality and viscosity on the finish

making it a wine that follows the style of times gone by
