The flared crop top feels so modern, despite it's great age. There is a thin tunnel at the hem with a handsewn eyelet where there used to be a cinching tie. Placket covered snaps down the front. The crochet is intended to be worn folded down like the photos, but can easily be worn straight up and connected with a ribbon tie
