This is the whole assembly as you can see in the pictures not just a frame or cover. This item is made from ABS plastic and then painted gloss black. This kit contains 1 side vent assembly. NOTE there is only 1 side vent on the Discovery 3 on the Right hand front wing ! Not 2 like on a Discovery 4 We also have these available in Matt Black (please see
