Lambrusco from organic and biodynamic agriculture, 100% salamino, 10 months fermentation with indigenous yeasts for an explosion of fruit flavours. Ruby red colour with a light violet hue. On the nose, floral notes open to a fruity mix of raspberries, blueberries and wild strawberries. A vibrant wine with a fulfilling body, complemented by a crisp and mineral
