Scott swiped this wine from a new criadera of botas which were removed from the Callejuela Manzanilla solera in 2018 and set to age unprotected as a new feeder base: it’s a Manzanilla Pasada’s version of sobretablas

This wine is fresh and vibrant with great complexity and richness

with some nutmeg and Christmas spices also making an appearance

They do not age their wines in foudres or barrels but they are always aged for a few months or years in the bottle in the winery so that they are at their best when they reach the market
