Flattering fit and flare cut with vertical stripes on the straight neckline bodice, and chevron stripes on the crisp inverted pleat a line skirt. Plus decorative buttons on the straps and darts for a hint of shape. This dress is just begging to be paired with a perfect belt! There are remnants of a 1970s label, but we can't make out the name.
